1. Service Overview

BidCrowd operates a digital marketplace and attention billboard where individuals and businesses can submit website listings and bid for rank placement. All listing positions are determined transparently by the amount bid.

2. Bidding & Payments

All payments processed via Dodo Payments or supported payment gateways are for instant placement on the BidCrowd leaderboard. Placements are active immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Because placements provide immediate live digital exposure and backlinks, payments are generally non-refundable once the listing is activated on the leaderboard.

3. Content Guidelines

Listings must not promote:

• Illegal goods, services, malware, or phishing schemes
• Hate speech, harassment, or defamatory material
• Misleading or fraudulent claims

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines without notice.

4. Availability & Warranties

BidCrowd provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
